My Answer:
In my own opinion student should not use smartphone in their classroom because smartphone can disturb the process of learning of students. for example students nowadays became more aware about their social media, every notification they want to click it and if it happened on the classroom of course it will disturb the process of learning and of course the teacher will be not so comfort seeing that happen. so that's my reason I don't agree smartphone allowed to student in classroom
